Felix the Cat Cartoon: Topless Mermaid

The other day my cute little girlfriend was telling me she had no idea who Felix the Cat is. So, I went online and found one of his cartoons, which I'm surprised to see is in color, because I was thinking all of his were black & white. Something else which about this cartoon that I found surprising—actually more like astonishing—is the appearance of a topless mermaid! She doesn't have any nipples, or perhaps they're just inverted, or it could even be my crappy monitor, but her breasts do jiggle just like the real thing, so obviously the animation department put a lot of effort into them. I couldn't find a date, but judging from the bare boobedness (my own word incidentally) of said mermaid it must be from before 1934 when the movie industry began actively enforcing the Hays Code. And now, kids, without further ado, I give you Felix the Cat in Neptune Nonsense. Enjoy!
