Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

If the good doctor were still alive today, this would be his 106th birthday. Ted Geisel, aka. Dr. Seuss, is one of the most important illustrators/authors in the history of children's literature. Actually, I would go so far as to say, he is THE most important figure in children's lit. So in honor of this momentous occasion, I present this animated version of his classic story, Green Eggs and Ham.

Happy Birthday to My SweetGirl!

Today is my sweet little girlfriend's birthday. She has somewhat of a tradition going where every year on her birthday, she likes to watch the movie White Christmas with Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye. I mean the movie features Bing and Danny, not that she actually watches it with them. Anyway, in honor of that tradition, I present the original movie trailer for White Christmas, as well as a re-released version.
